The weekly health walks run by Get Walking Lanarkshire are back for 2020. Join them to get active without spending any money. No special equipment is required, just comfy footwear, weather-appropriate clothes and eagerness to walk. Everyone can join the walks, as they are suitable for every fitness level.
Just turn up on the day and start walking!
In Airdrie:
– Tuesdays, 10.30am @ Drumpellier Country Park (outside the cafe), Townhead Road, ML5 2EH
– Thursdays, 10.30am @ Kirkshaws Neighbourhood Centre, Haddington Way, ML5 5BF
– 2nd and 4th Saturday, 11am @ Bottom of Ross Drive, ML6 9TX
